Grey triggesfish’s caldeirada

  • Grey triggesfish fillets
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 4-5 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow or orange pepper
  • Lemon
  • Coriander
  • White wine
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

In a pot, add a drizzle of olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 1 bay leaf, 1 diced celery stalk, 4 to 5 tomatoes and let it cook. Add 1 green pepper and 1 yellow or orange pepper chopped, season with paprika, salt and ground pepper to the taste and let the peppers cook until their soft.

Add the grey triggesfish fillets previously seasoned with lemon and powder garlic, add a bit of white wine and water (if necessary) until the fish is fully cooked. In the end, add the chopped coriander.
