Grey triggesfish asiatic ceviche, 4

  • 2 grey triggesfish fillets without skin
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • Freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1 peeled cucumber without seeds
  • 2 limes juice
  • 1 sweet onion
  • Juice of half an orange
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • Soy sauce to the taste
  • 10 gr peeled and chopped ginger

Cut everything and mix, let it marinate for 15 minutes to refine the flavours or you can eat it right away, if you prefer it more fresh.

Tip: Besides these ingredients, you can add the white part of the leek and radishes finely chopped, raw beetroot, chives, fresh broad beans and raw pees. A combination of colours and products that grow and obtain the maturation point together.
