The Azorean brand "Casa do Portinho" is dedicated to the exclusively artisanal production of smoked fish, using the best regional fish and our endemic wood Faia-da-terra for its smoking, making it a unique and artisanal fish.

Parrotfish, also known as the "Azores cod", has a smooth texture and an unmistakable and delicate flavor. It is cured and smoked with our endemic beech wood and is ideal for making salads, combining wonderfully with a very fresh white wine.

Bigeye tuna

Bigeye Tuna is a noble species from our sea, rich in flavor and has a delicious and smooth texture. It is great for canapés, salads or sandwiches and can be even better, accompanied by a fresh white wine!

Chub mackerel

Chub mackerel is cured with our Earth Beech wood, which provides a smooth texture, rich in flavors and aromas. It looks amazing on salads, pates or sandwiches.

Blue jack mackerel

The smoking of Chicharro-do-alto merges with the wonderful flavor of the fish, becoming delicious in canapés and salads.
