Salt pressed Alfonsino

Fresh aromatic herbs to taste
Season the belly with a bit of salt and seasoning to taste (the Alfonsino is a very rich flavoured fish, so it doesn't need much seasoning) and add fresh aromatic herbs to taste. Then, wrap the fish in the salt mixture and cook it in the oven with vodka on top to burn. Lastly, add vegetables to yor taste as a side!
