Lobster with mango salsa

  • 1 lobster
  • Butter
  • Parsley to the taste 
  • Mango
  • Red bell pepper
  • Jalapeño (or green bell pepper)
  • Red onion
  • Salt to the taste 
  • Lime juice

Start by preparing a butter with parsley and, then, put the lobster on the grill (opened in half) with the butter on top. 

While the lobster is on the grill, start preparing the mango salsa. Add the mango (peeled), red bell pepper, jalapeño (or green bell pepper) and the red onion all diced. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and add salt and lime juice. 

When the butter melts in, let it cool down a bit and then add the mango salsa on top and it's ready to be served!
