Grilled squid with roasted vegetables

  • Squid
  • Potato
  • Sweet potato
  • Zucchini
  • Onion
  • Green beans
  • Tomatoes
  • Olive oil to the taste
  • Salt to the taste
  • Garlic powder to the taste
  • Thyme
  • White wine

For the sauce:

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Coriander
  • Lemon

Start by adding all the vegetables (our client mentions that you can use other vegetables rather than the ones she used in this recipe) and season them with salt, powdered garlic (or fresh garlic), thyme, olive oil and place in a baking tray to go to the oven for 30 minutes. Halfway through, add a little white wine.

For the squid, just add coarse salt and grill. When the squid is almost grilled, make a sauce with olive oil, garlic, coriander and lemon and season it. Afterwards you can add more sauce to the dish if you want.
